Delete your account

You can permanently delete your PintPoint account and all of your data at any time, directly in the app.

Delete in the app

Open the PintPoint app and make sure you're signed in.
Go to the Profile tab and tap Edit (top right) to open Settings.
Scroll down to the Danger zone and tap Delete account.
Confirm twice when prompted. Your account is then deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

Your account and login (email and password).
Your profile (name, country, preferred currency, favourite beer, badges).
All of your logged beers, including prices, venues, locations and ratings.

What may be kept

Aggregated, anonymised statistics (for example, the average beer price for a city) may be retained, because they no longer identify you personally. We never keep data that can be linked back to you after deletion.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in, you can request deletion by emailing [your-contact-email] from the address associated with your account. We will verify your request and delete your account and data within 30 days.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your beer history and stats cannot be recovered.
